They must bike around for a while to hatch the egg. The player can take the egg from her and add it to their active party. When they return after a time, the Nursery attendant will have her arms crossed, indicating she has an egg for the player. Once a player drops off the two Jigglypuffs, two Wigglytuffs, or Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff and Ditto at the Nursery, they will need to bike away. Because Ditto appears in most Pokémon egg groups, players can breed their Jigglypuff or Wigglytuff with Ditto at the Pokémon Nursery to hatch an Igglybuff. Players can also obtain one Jigglypuff (or Wigglytuff) and travel to Bridge Field near the Stony Wilderness to find a Ditto. Roughly 20 years ago, it was artificially created, utilizing the latest technology of the time.
This Pokémon is copy protected so it cannot be duplicated by copying. Porygon is capable of reverting itself entirely back to program data and entering cyberspace. The union between two of either evolution will always result in an Igglybuff. It is capable of moving freely in cyberspace. The first is to take either a male and female Jigglypuff or a male and female Wigglytuff to the Pokémon Nursery along Route 5 or in Bridge Field. There are two ways to breed and obtain an Igglybuff. Players can also find Wigglytuff in several more locations as a static encounter in foggy weather conditions: Fields of Honor, Challenge Beach, Forest of Focus, and Soothing Wetlands.
