My windows power setting is set to High Performance.
Did'nt make any difference though, cursor still can get stuck. It got rid of a Creative service related to my X-Fi soundcard drivers and a Nvidia one related to the graphics card drivers.
I don't have any programs loading at startup or anything.
I tried the clean boot, which really did'nt do much as I keep my computer pretty clean.
